Description
Assists the Chairperson in their duties. Chairs meetings in absence of chairperson. Supports committee members.

Secretary
Description
Takes minutes of all meetings and types these for the following meeting. Maintains committee and membersí records. Ensures all Flix documents are kept up to date and are accessible.

Treasurer
Description
Responsible for accurately recording all income and expenditure. Must ensure safe transfer of any takings to the Flix accounts. Accountable for paying bills and invoices. Liaises with Student Union Treasurer, Finance Office and confectionary suppliers. Co-ordinates with assistants and committee to ensure suitable staffing of the box office. Takes the money at the door at each film showing. Secures cash at the end of the showing. Maintains the float. All transactions must be carried out with minimum delay.

House Manager
Description
Primarily responsible for the health and safety of Flix patrons and committee. Supervises admissions and film showings. Maintains attendance records in association with the Treasurer. Follows the ëHouse Managers Checklistí. Co-ordinates the setting up of the auditorium for showings and tidying up afterwards. Ensures all health and safety policies are adhered to and is responsible for there future development in accordance with legislation and University guidelines. Overall responsibility for the state and cleanliness of the building, ensuring it is left in a secure condition as agreed with University security.

Head Projectionist
Description
ñ Co-ordinates with assistants and committee to ensure suitable staffing of the projection room. Keep projector and other equipment in working order. Responsible for ensuring the development and training of projectionists. Required to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the projection room and its facilities.

Film Booking Projectionist
Description
Produces list of available films for membership and committee voting. Arranges the booking of chosen films and promotional materials. Liaises with Pearl and Dean and is responsible for on-screen advertising. Ensures film arrives in-time for splicing for film showing, and de-spliced in time for return delivery. Communicates with committee to arrange splicing/de-splicing volunteers and ensures access is made available to the projection room.

Publicity Officer
Description
Responsible for investigating and developing channels of communication. Produces the Flix Film Guides. Changes the posters etc. in the Piazza Poster Box weekly. Produces the tickets for each film shown. Works alongside the Webmaster and Multimedia Officer to provide uniform publicity campaigns, including advertising for sponsors.
Multimedia Officer
Description
Responsible for designing and producing multimedia (slides etc.) relating to Flix and its sponsors. Liases with Media Department Marketing Officer and works alongside the Publicity Officer and Webmaster to provide uniform publicity campaigns, including advertising for sponsors.
Webmaster
Description
Responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Flix website and Flixís lufbra.net webpages. Works alongside the Publciity Officer and Multimedia Officer to provide uniform publicity campaigns, including sponsor advertisements.

Freshers Representative
Description
Provides a contact point for all freshers. Responsible for ensuring that the club is accessible to freshers. Raises freshers concerns with the committee.
Assistant Treasurer
Description
Assists the Treasurer and carries out the duties of the treasurer in their absence.
Assistant House Manager
Description
Assists the House Manager. Carries out house management duties in the absence of the House Manager.
Projectionist
Description
Works in the film projection team, assisting and under the leadership of the Head Projectionist. Carries out Head Projectionistís duties if they are absent.

The role of FBP does not have to including being a trained projectionist. Originally the position was film booking officer, but was merged into the projection team so that they still felt involved during the periods when we donít need to book films.
